Fresh flowers are delivered by courier, from our flower centre in Auckland to any New Zealand address. To ensure your flowers arrive in time we despatch 2 days prior to your requested delivery date, so your gift should arrive on the day of your choice or the day before.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES - These flowers are deilvered via Courier - if no one is home the Courier will use their discretion as whether to leave the gift or attempt delivery the next day.
For Christmas, Mother’s Day & Easter, all gifts will be despatched in the week leading up to the event. Further information will be provided at the time of specific events. If you require more information please don't hesitate to contact us
If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you with in 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.
