  1. We will provide you with clear, honest and complete information on the exact content of the gifts we offer - along with an all-inclusive price (NO HIDDEN CHARGES).
  2. We will clearly identify our company's name and street address, along with our telephone numbers, fax number and e-mail address.All are available for both ordering and customer service.
  3. We will provide secure online ordering facilities, along with clear printable order forms suitable for mailing or faxing, or for organising an order before calling. We understand that some customers prefer to order this way.
  4. We will clearly maintain a detailed customer order history to facilitate the handling of queries should they arise.
  5. We will respond immediately to any inquiries, and we reserve the right to ask for the opportunity to resolve complaints or remedy problems on behalf of our customers and the receivers of their gifts.

Product Guarantees

Content: unpredictable weather, or other conditions beyond our control can sometimes delay flower picking. If unforeseen circumstances restrict the availability or delivery of an item we may find it necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value. We will always endeavour to advise you of any substitutions before delivery is made.

Sim Carnations, Spray Carnations and Spray Chrysanthemums: have an expected vaselife of two weeks, we offer the unconditional guarantee that if the chosen gift does not arrive by the requested/confirmed date in perfect condition we will immediately organise a replacement bouquet, store credit or full refund.

Roses, Lisianthus', Lilies, Alstromerias, Freesias and Seasonal Flowers: have an expected vaselife of one week, we offer the unconditional guarantee that if the chosen gift does not arrive by the requested/confirmed date in perfect condition we will immediately organise a replacement bouquet, store credit or full refund.

Dried Wildflowers: we offer the unconditional guarantee that if the chosen gift does not arrive by the requested*/ confirmed date or if the chosen arrangement does not arrive in perfect condition we will immediately organise a replacement bouquet, a store credit or a full refund. *Within the limitations of the postal system.

Hampers: we offer the unconditional guarantee that if the chosen gift does not arrive by the confirmed date that you requested, or if the chosen hamper does not arrive in perfect condition we will immediately organise a replacement hamper, a store credit or a full refund.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee that your gift will be delivered in perfect condition to the address you have supplied. Please check the delivery address carefully as we are unable to extend our guarantee in situations where we have been supplied incorrect address details. Please note that for UK and Australian deliveries we have a "Quick Address System" which will double-check and confirm the address as post office correct. If we cannot guarantee that the gift will be delivered by the date that you have requested we will attempt to call you to advise you of the alternatives available. We will only go ahead and process your order without speaking to you if we feel that this is 'the best way to go' under the circumstances. Wherever possible please also supply a phone number for the receiver.

DELIVERY POLICIES

NOTICE FOR DELIVERY We generally request three working days notice as this applies to most of our deliveries, but please be aware that some deliveries can be made overnight whereas others can take up to twenty days (contact us or see below for more details).

DELIVERY TIMES Cannot be requested or guaranteed as all of our deliveries are made through a third-party.

DELIVERY WHEN NO-ONE IS HOME The deliverer will leave the parcel at the address where it is safe to do so, or if he feels that this is not an ideal scenario the parcel will be taken to the local post office and a card left to advise the receiver.

OUR GIFT AND FLOWER RANGE
o Wildflowers: Are delivered worldwide via Airmail*, being despatched from our WA nursery. *Wildflowers for Australian delivery will be delivered through our fresh flower courier system.
o Hampers: Are courier delivered throughout the UK, Europe and USA.
o Fresh Flowers: Are picked to order from the nursery local to the recipient, before being placed with seasonal filler and despatched in a presentation gift box with your personal message card and care instructions.


SPECIAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES
o Apartment / Unit Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the apartment/unit number and the building's street address. For secure apartments where the deliverer cannot gain access a card will be left for the parcel to be retrieved from the local post office.
o Hospital Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the full name of receiver, the ward name or number, the hospital name and street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff. For hospital deliveries Flying Flowers would like to advise that you not send large bouquets as space is often restricted, also note that most hospitals do not allow plants and some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive or special care units.
o Funeral Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the full name of the deceased, the name and address of the funeral home, date and time of the funeral. Delivery will be made on the delivery day prior to the funeral as we cannot guarantee the time of delivery on the day.
o Hotel & Resort Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the room name or number, the Hotel or Resort name and full street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff.
o Retirement Village Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the unit number, and the street address of the village. Please advise whether the recipient is a resident or part of the staff.
o Caravan Park / Park Home Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the home number, and the street address of the village. Please advise whether the recipient is a resident or part of the staff.
