EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

We have suspended fresh flowers deliveries to Europe until futher notice - our sincere apologies

Europe Hamper - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Via DHL Courier, (excluding bank and national holidays). Someone needs to be home to sign for the delivery, as DHL are not permitted to leave the parcel without a signature. We request the Hamper be delivered on the date requested or the day prior. If no one should be home the Courier will leave a card for the Recipient to advise to call to arrange redelivery.  Allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance and no one being home, these delays are beyond our control. It is advisable to place orders 7 working days or more before a chosen delivery date. The hamper will arrive on the day requested or the day prior - providing the order is received in enough time.

 

Europe deliveries are to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Channel Islands - Jersey & Guernsey, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Southern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spaina and Sweden, Canary Island, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Romania, Switzerland and Turkey are not apart of the EU.

 

If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you with in 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.

For Christmas, Mother’s Day & Easter, all gifts will be despatched in the week leading up to the event. Further information will be provided at the time of specific events.  If you require more information please don't hesitate to contact us
