Flower, Plant, Gift and Hamper Availability - In the unlikely event of any supply issues we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value, or similar colour and or style.
All gift prices stated include delivery. Orders need to be received by 4pm Western Australian time.
If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you with in 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.
UK FRESH FLOWERS - Delivered Monday to Saturday by 1st Class Royal Mail - Postal Service. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this cannot be guaranteed. If the arrival date is important, upgrade to courier delivery. If no one is home, the flowers will be carded and taken back to the depot the Recipient will need contact the Postman to arrange redelivery or collection, or if the Postman feels it's safe they will leave at the house. The flowers will arrive on the day requested or 2 working days prior - providing the order is received in enough time. You can upgrade these deliveries to Courier for an extra $10 and guarantee the date they are delivered on. We do not call prior to delivery, nor does the the Royal Mail.
UK POTTED PLANTS - Deilvered Monday to Saturday via 1st Class Royal Mail from Jersey Channel Islands - if no one is home, the flowers will be carded and taken back to the nearest Post Office for collection, the Recipient will need collect the plant from the Post Office, or if the Postman feels it's safe they will leave at the house. The plant will arrive on the day requested or 2 working days prior - providing the order is received in enough time. We do not call prior to delivery, nor does the the Royal Mail.
UK DELUXE RANGE - Delivered Monday to Saturday via Courier - someone will need to be home to sign for the flowers. If no one is home the Courier will either leave the flowers, if it's safe, or take them back to the depot and leave a card for the Recipient to call to arrange re-delivery. We can not honour our guarantee should the Recipient not be home for the delivery. The flowers will arrive on the day requested - providing the order is received in enough time. We do not call prior to delivery, nor does the the Courier Driver.
UK Hamper - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Via DHL Courier, (excluding bank and national holidays). Someone needs to be home to sign for the delivery, as DHL are not permitted to leave the parcel without a signature. We request the Hamper be delivered on the date requested or the day prior. If no one should be home the Courier will leave a card for the Recipient to advise to call to arrange redelivery. Allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance and no one being home, these delays are beyond our control. It is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We do not call prior to delivery, nor does the DHL Courier. UK Deliveries are to England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Wight - not Southern Ireland or the Channel Islands - they come under Europe Deliveries.
SPECIAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES
- Apartment / Unit Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the apartment/unit number and the building's street address. For secure apartments where the deliverer cannot gain access a card will be left for the parcel to be retrieved from the local post office or Courier Depot.
- Hospital Deliveries: It is the responsibility of the Customer to confirm whether the Patient is allowed to receive flowers or gifts. Flying Flowers require the full name of receiver, the ward name or number, the hospital name and street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff. For hospital deliveries Flying Flowers would like to advise that you not send large bouquets as space is often restricted, also note that most hospitals do not allow plants and some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive or special care units. If the Patient is discharged or the flowers are not accepted due to hospital policies, we will not be able to redirect the flowers, provide a refund or honour our guarantee.
- Funeral Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the full name of the deceased, the name and address of the funeral home, date and time of the funeral. Fresh Flowers Range would require the Courier delivery option at $10 extra. Delivery will be made on the delivery day prior the funeral as we cannot guarantee the time of delivery on the day.
- Hotel & Resort Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the room name or number, the Hotel or Resort name and full street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff.
- Retirement Village Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the unit number, and the street address of the village. Please advise whether the recipient is a resident or part of the staff.

NOTICE FOR DELIVERY We generally request three working days notice as this applies to most of our deliveries, but please be aware that some deliveries can be made overnight where as others can take up to twenty days (contact us or see below for more details).

Eire FRESH FLOWERS - Delivered by the Postal Service Tuesday to Saturday. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this cannot be guaranteed. If no one is home, the flowers will be carded and taken back to the Post Office, the Recipient will need contact the Post Office to arrange redelivery or collection. The flowers will arrive on the day requested or the day prior - providing the order is received in enough time. If the Postie feels it's safe to leave the flowers he will do so.The Postie will no call prior to delivery.
USA FRESH FLOWERS - Delivered Via Fed Ex on Wednesday Thursday or Friday's only. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this cannot be guaranteed. If no one is home, the flowers will at the Recipients house if safe to do so. The flowers will arrive on the day requested or the day prior - providing the order is received in enough time.
SOUTH AFRICA FRESH FLOWERS - Delivered via Courier Monday to Saturday. We strive to deliver these on the date of your choice, however this cannot be guaranteed. If no one is home, the flowers will at the Recipients house if safe to do so. The flowers will arrive on the day requested or the day prior - providing the order is received in enough time.

AUST Fresh Flower Deliveries - We only deliver Tuesday to Friday and need to receive your order by 2pm Western Australian Time. These are made via Australian Air
Express the courier does have the authority to leave should the recipient not be home. In Rural areas the delivery may be made via
Australian Post Contractors or left at the local Post Office for the
recipient to collect. The flowers will arrive on the day requested or
the day prior - providing the order is received in enough time
