When is your next delivery?
The answer varies depending on where you want to send and what you want to send.
For delivery by a requested date we generally require 1-5 working days notice for fresh flower or hamper delivery and 10-20 working days for dried wildflowers. As a rule of thumb for special occasions we say 'give us a call the week before'. What if I want to send flowers for Christmas, Mothers Day or Easter?
During our peak gift-giving times we send literally hundreds of thousands of gifts. We send flowers for delivery during the week leading up to the special day ~ remembering that when we send flowers they are picked to order and guaranteed to last at least two weeks.
What are my delivery options when I order online flower delivery?
We will select the most efficient way to have your gift delivered. Deliveries are made by courier or post in the country of destination.
What are the delivery costs when I send flowers online?
Prices are all inclusive of delivery. We pride ourselves on charging no extra for delivery regardless of how remote the destination.
What delivery policies should I be aware of?
NOTICE FOR DELIVERY We generally request three working days notice as this applies to most of our deliveries, but please be aware that some deliveries can be made overnight whereas others can take up to twenty days. Email us your intended destination and required date for a personalised reply.

Cannot be requested or guaranteed as all of our deliveries are made through a third-party.
DELIVERY WHEN NO-ONE IS HOME
The deliverer will leave the parcel at the address where it is safe to do so, or if he feels that this is not an ideal scenario the parcel will be taken to the local post office and a card left to advise the receiver.
OUR GIFT AND FLOWER RANGE
o Wildflowers: Are delivered worldwide via Airmail*, being despatched from our WA nursery. *Wildflowers for Australian delivery will be delivered through our fresh flower courier system.
o Hampers: Are courier delivered throughout the UK, Europe and USA.
o Fresh Flowers: Are picked to order from the nursery local to the recipient, before being placed with seasonal filler and despatched in a presentation gift box with your personal message card and care instructions.
SPECIAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES
o Apartment / Unit Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the apartment/unit number and the building's street address. For secure apartments where the deliverer cannot gain access a card will be left for the parcel to be retrieved from the local post office.
o Hospital Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the full name of receiver, the ward name or number, the hospital name and street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff. For hospital deliveries Flying Flowers would like to advise that you not send large bouquets as space is often restricted, also note that most hospitals do not allow plants and some hospitals do not allow flowers in intensive or special care units.
o Funeral Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the full name of the deceased, the name and address of the funeral home, date and time of the funeral. Delivery will be made on the delivery day prior to the funeral as we cannot guarantee the time of delivery on the day.
o Hotel & Resort Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the room name or number, the Hotel or Resort name and full street address. Please advise whether the recipient is a guest or part of the staff.
o Retirement Village Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the unit number, and the street address of the village. Please advise whether the recipient is a resident or part of the staff.
o Caravan Park / Park Home Deliveries: Flying Flowers require the recipients full name, the home number, and the street address of the village. Please advise whether the recipient is a resident or part of the staff.
OUR NETWORK OF NURSERIES
Australia - Fresh & Wildflowers
o Deliveries are made by courier from Tuesday to Friday.
o We despatch Monday to Thursday at 2pm AWST.
o Depending on the delivery area and order day we need 1 to 7 working days notice for ASAP deliveries.
o Same day delivery is available to the Perth metro area Tuesday to Friday if the order is received before 10am AWST (and we have flowers available)
UK - Standard Fresh Flower Range
o Deliveries are made by first class royal mail from Monday/Tuesday to Friday/Saturday.
o We despatch the orders to the UK nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need up to 4 working days notice for ASAP deliveries (*depending on the order day).
UK - Ultimate Fresh Flower Range
o Deliveries are made by courier from Monday to Saturday.
o We despatch the orders to the UK nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need at least 1 working day notice for ASAP deliveries.
UK - Hamper Range
o Deliveries are made (predominantly) by courier from Monday to Friday.
o We despatch the orders to the UK Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need at least 2 working days notice for ASAP deliveries.
USA
o Deliveries are made by courier on Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday.
o We despatch the orders to the USA nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need up to 6 working days notice for ASAP deliveries (*depending on the order day).
Eire
o Deliveries are made by post from Tuesday/Wednesday to Friday/Saturday.
o We despatch the orders to the Eire nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need up to 4 working days notice for ASAP deliveries (*depending on the order day).
Europe
o Deliveries are made by post from Tuesday/Wednesday to Friday/Saturday.
o We despatch the orders to the European nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need up to 6 working days notice for ASAP deliveries (*depending on the order day).
New Zealand
o Deliveries are made by courier from Tuesday to Friday (some metro areas of Auckland have a Monday or Saturday delivery on request)
o We despatch the orders to the NZ nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need at least 2 working days notice for ASAP deliveries.
South Africa
o Deliveries are made by courier from Tuesday to Friday.
o We despatch the orders to the South African nursery Monday to Friday at 4pm AWST.
o We need 2 working days notice for ASAP deliveries.
o NOTE: some areas of South Africa may attract a delivery fee.
Rest Of World & UK Wildflower deliveries.
o Airmail wildflower deliveries to the UK take 5 to 10 working days (this is according to post office guidelines).
o Airmail wildflower deliveries to the rest of the world take 10 to 20 working days (this is according to post office guidelines).
