Your delivery questions answered

When is your next delivery?

The answer varies depending on where you want to send and what you want to send.

For delivery by a requested date we generally require 1-5 working days notice for fresh flower or hamper delivery and 10-20 working days for dried wildflowers. As a rule of thumb for special occasions we say 'give us a call the week before'. Click on a link below to get further information about the destination you're interested in for fresh flower delivery.  If we receive your order and cannot deliver by the requested date we shall contact you immediately.

If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you with in 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.
