Every single bloom is checked before it goes out to ensure it meets the standards expected of Flying Flowers and their customers.If your flowers do not arrive in perfect condition by the date that we confirm please do not hesitate to contact us.
A service that exceeds your expectations
Placing an order Products can be found by clicking on the country links or by using the Search facility both in the left margin of any page. Found what you like? Once you have found a product you are interested in, click on it to see a larger image of with a description. Should you decide to buy it simply fill in the recipient details and click on the "Buy now" button. You are then given the option to continue shopping if you wish to select another product for someone else Account login
If you are a new customer you will be required to register an account with Flying Flowers. Existing customers simply need enter their email address and password to continue.
Selecting delivery date
Select the date you would like your gift to arrive, delivery dates vary depending on the gift you have selected, available delivery dates are outlined on our deliveries page. If you have selected a delivery that is not possible we will contact you immediately.
Currently we do not offer order tracking online. Please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist with tracking information: UK Flowers By Post – We can confirm despatch of a parcel but we cannot track receipt. UK Flowers By Courier – We can track every stage of a delivery, and will be able to inform you whether a bouquet has been delivered successfully. Australian Flowers By Courier- We can track every stage of a delivery, and will be able to inform you whether a bouquet has been delivered successfully. Order Confirmation Finally, if you have placed an order, a Confirmation screen will be displayed notifying you of your new order number and recipient details. It is recommended that you print this page and keep it in a safe place for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order.
Order Tracking
UK Hampers By Courier - We can track every stage of a delivery, and will be able to inform you whether a hamper has been delivered successfully.
Flying Flowers will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be taken from your account at the time of ordering.
Cancelling your order Worldwide service
You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by calling customer service on 1800 677 799, provided we have not despatched your items.
We can send a bouquet on your behalf in no less than 12 countries worldwide, from Australia to Europe, New Zealand, America and South Africa. European destinations include France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and Denmark. Australian bouquets are despatched from Western Australia and outside Australia we pass your order on to an authorised Flying Flowers office in the relevant country who will select, pack and despatch the flowers so they arrive in excellent condition.
