AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Fresh flowers are delivered by courier, from our flower centre in Western Australia to any Australian address except Northern Terriorty & Tasmania. To ensure your flowers arrive in time we despatch 2 days prior to your requested delivery date, so your gift should arrive on the day of your choice or the day before.

For Christmas, Mother’s Day & Easter, all gifts will be despatched in the week leading up to the event. Further information will be provided at the time of specific events.  If you require more information please don't hesitate to contact us

 

AUSTRALIAN Fresh Flower Deliveries - these are made via Australian Air Express the courier does have the authority to leave should the receipent not be home. In Rural areas the delivery may be made via Australian Post Contractors or left at the local Post Office for the Receipent to collect. We deliver Tuesday to Friday - we do not have a Monday or Weekend delivery.

  

To ensure that your gifts are delivered prior to Christmas we suggest you place your order as early in December as possible.

DELIVERY WHEN NO-ONE IS HOME The deliverer will leave the parcel at the address where it is safe to do so, or if he feels that this is not an ideal scenario the parcel will be taken to the local post office and a card left to advise the receiver.

If your gift does not arrive we need to hear from you with in 14 days to honour our guarantee of replacement or refund.

 

EXPECTED ASAP’S   Expected ASAP - Orders are processed during Customer Service hours WA Time Orders are not processed after Noon on Saturday or on Sundays    If Order Is Received By 2pm Western Australian Standard Time WA, QLD and NT do not participate in Daylight Saving Winter -  2 hours behind NSW,ACT, VIC , TAS & QLD, 1hr 30mins behind SA & NT Summer - 3 hrs behind NSW,ACT, VIC , TAS, 2hr behind QLD, 2hr 30hr behind SA & 1hr 30min behind NT
