In order to guarantee the freshness of our flowers and gifts, they are shipped fresh from our UK specialists to your doorstep.  Wrapped in cellophane, our flowers are shipped in a specially designed gift box to ensure freshness during delivery.  Also enclosed are your personal message, flower food and a letter outlining the best way for the recipient to care for the flower or plant.

Hamper Delivery:  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Via DHL Courier, (excluding bank and national holidays). Someone needs to be home to sign for the delivery, as DHL are not permitted to leave the parcel without a signature. We request the Hamper be delivered on the date requested or the day prior. If no one should be home the Courier will leave a card for the Recipient to advise to call to arrange redelivery.  Allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance and no one being home, these delays are beyond our control. It is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date.


Hamper Availability:  In the unlikely event of any supply issues we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal (or greater) value.
