Hamper Delivery: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday Via DHL Courier, (excluding bank
and national holidays). Someone needs to be home to sign for the
delivery, as DHL are not permitted to leave the parcel without a
signature. We request the Hamper be delivered on the date requested or the day prior.
If no one should be home the Courier will leave a card for the
Recipient to advise to call to arrange redelivery. Allow for weekends,
holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance and no
one being home, these delays are beyond our control. It is advisable to
place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date.
Hamper Availability: In
the unlikely event of any supply issues we reserve the right to
substitute with a product of equal (or greater) value.
