When will my gift arrive & who delivers it?

Can you deliver on the same day that I order?
As with the first question this really depends on what you're sending and where but generally the answer is no, email us for more personalised information.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately no, as the deliverer is a third party we are unable to direct them to deliver at a special time. All our gifts are delivered through either the first class mail or a courier system meaning that generally their delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
What happens if the recipient is out?
If the recipient is out at the time of your flower delivery the courier / postman will, if safe and protected, leave the parcel at the premises or sometimes with the neighbour. If he doesn't feel it's safe the gift will be carded to the local post office. For next day guaranteed deliveries and hamper deliveries the courier will leave a card through the letter box which has 2 options on it: the recipient can call a number on the card and delivery will be made the following day or the
recipient can collect the fresh cut flowers or gift from their nearest local sorting office.
Who makes up my fresh cut flower bouquet?
All bouquets are made up by Flying Flowers staff in the country of delivery - we do not pass on your order for another florist to make up and deliver. As such
we can guarantee and maintain the high quality of all our fresh cut flower bouquets.
Is this a secure site for credit card shopping?

How do I pay if I don't have a credit card?
You can opt for cheque/money order, PayPal, or EFT payment. Please note that if it is your first order with us we will hold your order until the payment is received - if you are a Flying Flowers customer you can opt for our 7 Day Account option which attracts a $2.20 administration fee.
Can you make me up a fresh cut flower bouquet that's not shown on your website?
Yes - if it is a flower delivery within Australia. We can customise a bouquet to your budget and requirements, simply email us and allow a few extra days for delivery.
Do you offer a full money back guarantee?
Yes we do. If your chosen gift does not arrive in perfect condition by the date that we confirm we will immediately offer you your choice of a replacement or refund.
Are there any extra costs and charges?
Absolutely none. Unlike other cheap flower delivery companies (and not so cheap!) we do not add on an ordering, processing, packing or delivery charge, all our prices include full customer servicem packing and delivery.
